My son and I are both at home full time and I am an elderly woman. On Saturday, June 29th, when it was 90 degrees outside and 95 degrees in our house, Alex from Wise Heating and Cooling showed up and got us cooled down. He then said he could order a new thermostat for me that was easy for me to control and set when I shared with him I would be doing that if I knew how to. On Tuesday, July 2nd, Steve from Wise came with a new thermostat and set everything up. He took the time to make sure I knew what I had to do.
During a tough time for me and my son, these two VERY NICE young men could not have been better at their jobs and great to help me. Please thank them for me again and also to you, Wise Heating and Cooling!
