Adam, John and I are so ecstatic about our new heating/cooling system you installed. We’ve only had it for a few weeks but it is just out performing our expectations. I wish we knew about your company years ago before we had the “old” one put in…that one never worked right from day one. It was just unbelievable how much of a difference your product has made in cooling our home. When you came to our home for a free estimate, you were very thorough with details and explained everything we had concerns about. We had a previous estimate from someone else and not only did you offer a better quality product and a more reasonable price but you were more patient and courteous. The technicians were polite and answered questions we had during the installation. I can’t say enough about how great the whole process has been. We will never call anyone else but Wise. A few of our neighbors have had very good experiences as well (we found out after the installation, when we were bragging about our new system from Wise to our neighbor she said she only deals with Wise). You are courteous, caring, and honest. Thank you! We really appreciate all you have done to make this a smooth and stress free installation.

Because of a recent inspection by Bob, we realized we would need to replace our furnace after 25 years of service … we were sold exactly what we needed without any hype or overselling tactics … and the techs from Wise Heating and Cooling were able to install our new furnace the very next day! Your Technician, Steve, came out on 12/19/16 to due our semi annual inspection. He was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection and found a run capacitor for the blower motor that was reading weak and replaced it. He represents your company very well.
